Health in Hand has been practising Traditional Chinese Massage in Mt Wellington for over 10 years. The clinic has a long reputation for providing outstanding Traditional Chinese Massage. We also have a Queen Street Branch.

OUR TREATMENT
The friendly team offer full body relaxation massage, sports massage, hot stone aromatherapy, prostate massage (by a Chinese doctor) and also acupuncture. Traditional Chinese Massage can help with poor circulation, sleep problems, tired muscles from over or under activity.
The massages are suitable for women and men of all ages.The Chinese style of massage is on deep tissue release and on clearing energy blockages through utilising meridians and pressure points.
